Refund and Returns Policy

At Jane Fields, we take pride in offering high-quality fashion jewellery and excellent value. To ensure customer satisfaction, please review our returns and refund policy below:

• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
• Refunds: Refunds are only available for faulty items.
• Ring Sizes: Ring sizes are clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing.
• Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your purchase and prefer an exchange, we can arrange collection via courier. The item will be exchanged for one of the same value, but you will be responsible for a courier fee of R100 each way.
• Defective Items: All items are individually checked before shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. However, if you receive a defective item, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A “Defective Product” is defined as having a material imperfection in manufacture or design that makes it less acceptable, useful, or safe than expected. In such cases, we will arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost.
• Return Conditions: All returns must be logged within 30 days of delivery or purchase. Proof of Purchase should be attached once logging a refund or return item, invoice or at which market you purchased the item. The item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition, in original packaging, with labels attached.
• Maintenance: Jane Fields is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery. Over time, jewellery may change color due to wear and tear and exposure to various elements.

To extend the life of your Jane Fields pieces, we recommend keeping them away from:

• Dishwashing soap
• Lotion
• Perfume
• Hair products
• Jewelry cleaners
• Other harsh chemicals

Please note that everyone’s skin type is different, and some individuals may have strong reactions to gold plating. We do not offer refunds or returns for changes in jewelry color caused by skin oils or for reactions to gold plating.
